Refund Policy

**REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY**

Products/items can be returned or exchanged if they are incorrect, incomplete, or defective/damaged within 7 days after delivery.

Choice Fabric will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already had the product stitched.

Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Choice Fabric will not accept exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer.

Choice Fabric is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.

Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Choice Fabric will bear the delivery costs on defective/wrong merchandise only, and the return cost of the parcel will be borne by the customer.

Choice Fabric does not provide any pickup service from the customer address, and the customer will send the parcel back to us by any courier.

After receiving the parcel, a refund will be issued.

Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.

Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange.

There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 7 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.

Choice Fabric reserves the right to reject a return request found misusing our generous returns policy or a product received with missing tags and other components.

Choice Fabric reserves the right to update the Exchange and Return Policy without any prior notice.
